The R10 rack-mounted chiller incorporates a PID controller, which is widely recognised for its effectiveness in temperature control. This type of controller offers reliable temperature regulation, combining precision with economic efficiency. Additionally, the PID controller’s design facilitates the integration of heating capacity, allowing for a broader range of temperature control applications.
The R10 chiller offers a range of features to suit specific requirements. Options includes a low temperature pack that can cool to 0°C, extendable to -10°C with modifications to the plate heat exchanger, and a high temperature pack capable of reaching up to +65°C. It also features a conveniently mounted internal bypass. The chiller supports onboard RS485 Communications Protocol through a 9-pin D-sub connection for efficient communication with external systems.
Additional customisation includes an in-line deionising cartridge with fittings, an installation kit, and a filter kit with an internal 40-micron particulate filter. Further enhancing the R10’s versatility, options include fan speed control (either on/off for stability to +/-2°C or proportional for stability to +/-0.5°C), in-line UV decontamination, and a stainless-steel enclosure for enhanced durability. For customers requiring a more neutral appearance, de-branding of the standard model is available. External manifolds ranging from 2- to 10-way, along with fluid adapters, provide flexibility. Additional functional options include remote stop/start capability, a pressure sensor (with the option to connect to RS485), and a conductivity sensor (also available with RS485 connectivity).
