If you encounter an issue with your unit, ATC is committed to providing prompt and effective support. Follow these steps to ensure a smooth resolution process:

Step 1: Report Your Issue

Please complete the form below to contact our support team with a detailed description of the issue that you’re facing. Be sure to include:

Model Number: This helps us to identify the specific unit that you are using.

Serial Number: Found on your unit, this unique identifier allows us to verify the warranty status and details of your unit.

Description of the Fault: Describe the problem hat you are experiencing, including when it occurs and any steps that you have already tried to resolve it.

Step 2: Initial Assessment

Once we receive your email, our support team will:

We’ll review our system to confirm if your unit is still under warranty and check the age of the unit. This information helps us to determine the appropriate support options available to you.

We will examine our inventory to see if any parts are needed for your device. Depending on the situation we may:

Provide a quote for replacement parts if the unit is out of warranty.

Replace parts under warranty at no cost to you.

Step 3: Determine the Best Resolution

Depending on the nature of the fault, we will suggest one of the following options:

On-Site Repair: If our issue requires hands-on technical assistance, we will provide a quote and schedule a date for our technicians to visit and repair the unit on-site.

Return to Base (RTB): For more complex issues or when on-site repair is not possible, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA). This RMA will guide you through the process of returning your unit to us for repair.
