XF085
The XF085 water-to-water heat exchanger from ATC’s XF-Series is designed to facilitate 85kW of cooling in various industrial and laboratory settings. It is housed in a purpose-built enclosure, specifically configured to accommodate large centrifugal pumps. This design enables the XF085 to efficiently cool multiple systems, as well as larger systems, such as laser systems and hydrogen electrolysis equipment. Its capacity to cool multiple systems simultaneously, particularly those requiring isolation from the primary cooling circuit, makes it a versatile solution for complex cooling requirements. Additionally, the XF085 is useful for using different heat transfer fluid, enhancing its adaptability to various industrial processes and fluid compatibility requirements.
In terms of customisation, the XF085 offers a range of options to enhance its functionality and adaptability to specific operational needs. These options include a high temperature pack capable of reaching temperatures up to +75°C, non-return solenoid valves for effective fluid control, and a configuration for high temperature water circuits without a heater. Safety features such as a low flow alarm and onboard RS485 data protocol can be included for effective system control and monitoring. The XF085 can also be equipped with a standard VFC set, in-line deionising cartridge and fittings, CPC quick release connectors, and a comprehensive installation kit. Additional features like a flow meter pack with RS485 output, seismic mounts, and in-line UV decontamination for fluid purity enhance its operational versatility.
The XF085 can also be housed in a stainless-steel enclosure for added durability, with the option for de-branding to achieve a more neutral appearance. External manifolds ranging from 2- to 10-way are available for flexible fluid distribution. Optional features such as remote stop-start functionality, an auto-refill system, and various fluid adapters further increase its adaptability. For enhanced control and monitoring, the XF085 can be fitted with an inverter-driven pump, a pressure sensor (with RS485 connectivity), and a conductivity sensor (also available with RS485 connectivity).
