By using a lower GWP refrigerant (R454C), this chiller delivers up to 12kW of cooling capacity at +20°C ambient temperature and set point. With its robust steel enclosure, portable castors, and configurable options, the H12 is engineered to suit a to anything from battery and electric vehicle testing to advanced research instrumentation, providing both heating and cooling functionality when required.

High Performance Cooling & Extended Temperature Range

Engineered with advanced vapour compression technology, the H12 reliably provides 12kW of cooling at +20°C ambient and continues to perform efficiently at elevated temperatures, delivering 9.5kW of cooling at +30°C ambient. Its standard operating range of +4° to +35°C can be extended from -10°C (with a low temperature pack) up to +90° (with a high temperature pack), ensuring that you have the flexibility to handle diverse thermal demands. This adaptability makes the H12 particularly well suited to complex applications in scientific research and industrial production alike.

Triple Condenser & Robust Construction

A standout feature of the H12 is its triple condenser arrangement, equipped with six cooling fans. This design not only boosts overall heat dissipation but also provides critical redundancy should a fan fail or become partially obstructed, ensuring consistent operation even in high-stakes settings like particle accelerators or electron microscope facilities. Housed in a 1.5mm powder-coated steel enclosure, the chiller is built to withstand tough industrial conditions while remaining portable enough to manoeuvre easily on castors – a benefit for dynamic environments where the chiller may be repositioned frequently.

Precision Temperature Control & Configurable Options

Fitted with a PID temperature controller, the H12 achieves an impressive ±0.1°C temperature stability and resolution, vital for sensitive applications like MRI systems or X-ray equipment where slight variations can affect results. Multiple pump configurations, safety interlocks, and accessory packs – ranging from extended temperature packs to flow or pressure monitoring – enable you to tailor the H12 precisely to your operational requirements. F-Gas Compliance & Low GWP

Adhering to F-Gas regulations, the H12 operates with R454C, a lower GWP refrigerant compared to traditional alternatives – striking a balance between performance and environmental responsibility. For added convenience, the chiller can be shipped charged for sea freight or uncharged for air freight.
