R05
The R05 chiller from Applied Thermal Control is designed with features that make it particularly suitable for quiet laboratory environments. It includes a built-in touch screen controller, offering an intuitive and user-friendly interface for managing the chillers functions. Additionally, the variable fan speed and compressor enable the R05 to operate with reduced noise levels.
In terms of customisation, the R05 offers a variety of options to cater to diverse requirements. It can be equipped with a 24V universal power supply for global compatibility, a low temperature pack allowing cooling down to -10°C, and a high temperature pack capable of reaching up to +65°C. For different operational environments, a water-cooled variant is available, along with a low flow alarm for enhanced safety Communication with external systems is facilitated by an onboard RS485 Communications Protocol through a 9-pin D-sub connection.
Additionally, the chiller can be fitted with standard volt-free connections, an in-line deionising cartridge with fittings, stainless-steel non-return solenoid valves, CPC quick release connectors, an installation kit, and a particulate filter, enhancing its operational versatility and reliability.
Further enhancing the R05’s adaptability, there are options for seismic mounts, and in-line UV decontamination for fluid purity. It can also be equipped with external manifolds ranging from 2- to 10- way, and fluid adapters for system compatibility. A flow meter pack is available, with an option to connect it to RS485 communications systems, providing precise monitoring and control of the fluid flow.
