External Manifold Pack – AC00008
The External Manifold Pack allows coolant supplied from a single chiller outlet to be distributed across multiple process flow paths.
Designed for external mounting, the manifold provides a practical way to connect a single compatible ATC chiller to applications where cooling needs to be supplied to more than one part of the process or system.
Process fluid from the chiller outlet enters the external manifold, where it is distributed between multiple flow paths for connection to the application.
The manifold can be configured according to the number of flow paths required by the customer’s application, allowing the cooling circuit to be arranged around the individual installation requirements.
When Should I Consider an External Manifold
An External Manifold Pack may be useful where:
- A single chiller needs to supply multiple process flow paths
- Cooling is required at several points within an application or system
- A common chiller supply needs to be distributed between multiple connections
- An externally mounted distribution point would simplify integration with the application
When dividing flow between multiple process paths, the overall system slow and pressure requirements should be considered to ensure that the selected chiller and pump are suitable for the application.
The required manifold configuration will depend on the application and number of process flow paths required.
