CPC Quick-Release Connector Pack – OP00004
The CPC Quick Release Connector Pack (OP00004) provides quick-release connections on the chiller’s process fluid inlet and outlet, allowing the chiller to be easily disconnected from an application without removing conventional hose clips or fittings.
Both sides of the connectors are valved, helping to minimise fluid loss when disconnected and removing the need to drain the system before separating the chiller from the application.
This makes the option particularly useful where chillers are regularly moved, exchanged, or connected to different applications.
When Should I Consider Quick Release Connectors?
CPC Quick Release Connectors may be particularly useful for:
- Test and development environments where chillers are regularly moved between applications
- Installations where equipment needs to be changed or disconnected regularly
- Spare or changeover chillers where rapid replacement is beneficial
- Applications where minimising fluid loss during disconnection is important
For permanent installations where the chiller is unlikely to be regularly disconnected, standard threaded connections may provide a more robust long-term solution.
The CPC Quick Release Connector Pack is factory fitted and should therefore be specified when ordering the chiller.
