Volt Free Contacts

VFCs and RS485 Communications
VFCs and RS485 Communications provide different levels of integration with external systems.
Volt-Free Contacts provide simple status and alarm signals through defined contacts. They do not provide detailed operating data or allow chiller settings to be adjusted.
RS485 provides a digital communications interface, allowing an external system to access supported operating information and control functions.
Both RS485 and VFCs are included as standard on most current ATC units, providing different options for integrating the chiller into external equipment and control systems.
