Where can I find the technical information for my ATC chiller?
Technical information for ATC chillers is available through our Documents & Resources Hub, where you can find documentation for current products as well as available resources for older and legacy equipment.
Depending on the information that you need, this may include instruction manuals, technical datasheets, cooling capacity information, capacity curves, and other product documentation.
What technical information is available?
The documentation available will depend on the chiller model and product generation, but may include:
Instruction manuals – installation, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting guidance.
Technical datasheets and specification sheets – key product specifications and operating information.
Capacity curves – model-specific cooling capacity information across different operating temperatures.
Electrical information – available power supplies and electrical requirements.
Pump and flow information – relevant flow and pressure performance data.
Refrigerant information – refrigerant type and other model-specific information.
Always use documentation applicable to your specific model and configuration, as specifications can differ between products.
Where can I find cooling capacity information?
A chiller’s cooling capacity varies with operating conditions, so the nominal capacity alone may not provide all the information needed for product selection.
Where available, cooling curves and model-specific technical data show how cooling performance changes across the operating range.
If you are selecting a new chiller, ATC can also help to assess the required cooling duty at your intended process temperature and operating conditions.
What if I have an older ATC or Thermal Exchange chiller?
Available documentation for older and discontinued equipment can also be found within the legacy resources section of the Documents & Resources Hub.
Because specifications and product designs have changed over time, avoid using documentation for a current ATC product as a substitute for information about an older unit.
If you cannot find the documentation for your equipment, contact ATC with the model and serial number. A photograph of the rating plate can also help us to identify the chiller.
How do I identify my chiller?
The model and serial number can normally be found on the rating plate attached to the equipment, typically on the rear or side of the chiller depending on the model.
Using these details will help you to find documentation applicable to your particular equipment.

Please provide the model and serial number of the chiller and explain what information you are looking for. For older equipment, photographs of the chiller and rating plate can also be useful.
