Do you have a local distributor in my country?

ATC works with a global network of distributors and sales partners to provide customers with local access to our process cooling equipment and support.

The distributor responsible for your enquiry will depend on your country or region. In markets where ATC does not have a dedicated local distributor, our Sales team may be able to support you directly.

How do I find my local ATC distributor?

Visit our Distributor page and select your region and country to find the appropriate contact for your location.

Where a distributor is available, the directory provides their contact details so that you can discuss your application, product requirements and purchasing options directly with them.

What can an ATC distributor help me with?

ATC distributors can support customers with areas including:

  • Product information
  • Chiller selection
  • Application requirements
  • Quotations and purchasing
  • Available configurations and options
  • Local commercial support

Our distributors are supported by ATC, helping to provide consistent product and application information across our international markets.

For more specialist requirements, the distributor can also work with ATC’s sales and engineering teams to help assess the application.

What if there isn't a distributor listed for my country?

If there is no dedicated distributor for your country, contact ATC directly.

ATC supports a number of international markets directly, so the absence of a local distributor does not mean that we cannot supply or support your location.

Our sales team can confirm the appropriate route for your country and put you in contact with the relevant representative where required.

What information should I provide?

Whether you contact ATC directly or through a distributor, providing some basic application information will help us understand your requirements.

Where possible, tell us:

  • Your country and installation location
  • What you are cooling
  • Required cooling capacity or process heat load
  • Required process fluid temperature
  • Required coolant flow
  • Heat transfer fluid
  • Available electrical supply
  • Any particular application or installation requirements

If you do not know all of this information, don’t worry. Your distributor or ATC sales can help to establish what is required to specify an appropriate chiller.

Where do I start?

Use our Find a Distributor page to identify the appropriate contact for your country.

If you cannot find a suitable distributor, or are unsure who to contact, get in touch with ATC and we can direct your enquiry to the appropriate person.
