We are thrilled to introduce the newest addition to the
Applied Thermal Control Sales team, Deji Ojo! Joining as the Key Account
Executive on March 1st, 2023, Deji brings with him a wealth of
experience and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. In this
post, we’ll delve into Deji’s role, his background, personal interests and what
he’s looking forward to in his new role at ATC.
As the Key Account Executive, Deji’s primary responsibility
is to manage accounts to drive growth and fulfil ATC’s business objectives.
This involves engaging in business development activities with existing and new
customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining strong and positive
relationships.
A typical day (or week) for Deji is dynamic and engaging. It
often includes strategising with the team to understand customer needs,
identifying opportunities for growth, and collaborating with other departments
to ensure seamless service delivery. When asked about his favourite
work-related memory at ATC, Deji said every moment at ATC, which he describes
as thoroughly enjoyable and full of valuable learning experiences.
One common question Deji often encounters at work is how he
can best support customers to deliver value and achieve their business
objectives. His passion lies in helping clients to succeed and in witnessing
their growth, making this aspect of his role highly fulfilling.
Originally from Nigeria, Deji pursued his education there
before embarking on a successful career. Outside of work, Deji loves staying
active and enjoys jogging to keep his mind and body in top shape. A devoted
Arsenal fan, he also finds joy in listening to football podcasts revolving
around his favourite team and causing riots in the office with his choice in
football team. When he’s not immersing
himself in the world of sports, Deji is an avid reader and indulges in console
gaming as a means of unwinding.
When asked about what excites him most about the future of
ATC, Deji is quick to mention the company’s growth potential. Working with a
talented and dedicated team that is all pulling in the same direction gives him
great confidence in ATC’s ability to thrive in the industry.
