Chillers with PFPE or Galden® heat transfer fluid. - Aug 2011

Perfluoropolyether (PFPE) heat transfer fluids such as Galden® are preferred in applications such as Electronic, Electrical and Semiconductor manufacturing.   These fluids are inert, non-flammable, non-toxic and environmentally safe.

Applied Thermal Control has now introduced PFPE (or Galden®) compatible options to its K1 and K3 ranges of re-circulating chillers.   The K1 and K3 chillers provide 1.75kW and 3.2kW of cooling power in a robust and compact design.  Temperature control is  ± 0.1°C.  

The chillers are provided with high/low temperature alarms, fluid level, flow and pressure indicators are also fitted as standard.   The K1 and K3 are provided with a choice of pumps and accessories to meet a range of different requirements.  ATC provides a 2-year guarantee with all its K series chillers.
